Information about the Clinic:

The Regency clinic is located in the heart of Cheltenham and has a large team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Podiatrist, an onsite Gp and Orthopaedic Surgeon. The clinic itself is a beautifully restored Regency house with large treatment rooms, extensive rehabilitation gym plus Pilates studio. As a clinical team, we run regular learning sessions allowing us to keep up to date with the best evidence-based treatment approaches across all our disciplines. As a team, we value learning from each other and strive to improve our knowledge base and clinical skills. We have a strong focus on providing the best multi-disciplinary, patient-centred care available. For successful new graduate candidates, there is a ‘New Graduate Mentoring Programme’ delivered by our Clinical Director -Dr Callum Forrest which involves weekly 1 on 1 session helping the transition from University clinic to private practice. The position is open to applications from experienced chiropractors and graduates.

Information about Dr Callum Forrest

Our Clinical Director – Dr Callum Forrest graduated from AECC Chiropractic University with a Masters of Chiropractic in 2011. From 2013 – 2020 he practised in Sydney, Australia which boasts a diverse and modern health care system. His functional, evidence-based approach to movement and injury prevention has allowed him, whilst practising overseas, to work with Paralympic and Olympic athletes, Australian Open Tennis Players, Professional Basketball Players, Rugby Union and Rugby League (NRL) Players, Soccer and CrossFit Athletes from all across New South Wales.

Whilst in Sydney Callum consulted for the largest provider of Chiropractic care in New South Wales where he was awarded ‘ Chiropractor of the Year’ on two separate occasions (2014 & 2017) and was one of only a few Chiropractors to deliver yearly talks to the GP’s, building strong working relationships with the wider medical community.

Callum brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams and creating a ‘Team player’ focused environment. He has also launched the ‘New Graduate Mentoring Programme’ for successful new graduate candidates which helps with the transition from practising in a University Clinic setting to private practice making those first few years in practice enjoyable.

Treatment

Provide excellent patient care and treatment to our patients.
• Treatment of private and PMI patients
• Treatment and administration of medico-legal patients

Learning and Development
• Attendance at 15 hours (pro-rata) of in-house CPD per year. To include profession specific CPD sessions and multi-disciplinary CPD sessions
• Actively participate in clinic meetings and CPD sessions
• Advise your Clinical Lead or Centre Manager of any external courses you have attended and provide feedback to the rest of your clinical team during CPD sessions
• Undergo and participate in an annual appraisal
