Lead Practitioner (Senior Physiotherapist) – Maternity Cover

• Location: Harcombe House, Chudleigh, Devon
• Salary: £37,487.79 per annum
• Contract: Fixed Term – Maternity Cover – up to 12 months
• Hours: 32 hours per week

The Fire Fighters Charity is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Practitioner to join our multi-professional rehabilitation team at Harcombe House, our residential centre nestled in 300 acres of beautiful Devon countryside.

Harcombe House is just 10 minutes from Exeter and Dartmoor, and 20 minutes from the coast—an inspiring setting for both work and wellbeing.

About the Role

As Lead Practitioner, you will:

• Provide operational line management, clinical supervision, and leadership to a small team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Therapists.
• Deliver rehabilitation programmes using state-of-the-art equipment and digital technology.
• Collaborate with Psychological Therapists to integrate physical and mental health support.
• Lead service development and audit activities.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Physiotherapist with:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A passion for holistic rehabilitation
• Experience in service development and clinical supervision
• A collaborative approach to multi-disciplinary working
