THE PRACTICE
SpineWorks Chiropractic is a modern CBP corrective care clinic in Kennington, London. We opened our doors in 2017 and expanded in 2024 in a space of 1500 sq feet. We are currently a team of: 3 Chiropractors, 3 Rehab Therapists, 1 Practice Manager, 1 Chiropractic Assistant. Each week we have a team meeting, a CBP training and a DC training, plus personal one-to-ones for training and mentorship purposes.
SpineWorks is a fully CBP equipped clinic for advanced spinal corrective care: open plan with 4 adjustment tables ( 2 DC at at time), 2 examination rooms, 2 Denneroll and 2 UTS traction systems, exercise area, digital DR x-rays system, laser, spinal decompression (coming soon), Posture Ray & Posture Screen, Practice Hub digital files, education material and videos for clients.
We have an excellent reputation and a marketing strategy meaning that we have a steady pipeline of new patients. Our dynamic team can help you to build a fantastic practice and to get the best results in spinal/postural correction.
We treat a wide range of patients from all age groups and from a diverse urban central London crowd. The majority of our patients are within the 25 – 75 age category and are predominantly desk workers. Due to our strong reputation in our field, we get a lot of postural correction and chronic pain patients.
New patient’s assessment is scheduled for 45 min and regular adjustments between 5 to 7 minutes.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are open for the Associate to choose whether to be employed or self-employed. Both options includes a retainer of 36K a year with pay scale based on performance.
- Full time: employed or self-employed position
- More suitable for 2 years or more experienced DCs
- Will be required to complete the Basic CBP Certification (paid first year)
- 1-3 month training on salary to learn CBP and patient management (examination, x-rays, tractions, exercises, care plans, ROFs, health classes) supervised by the clinic owner with 25 years of experience
- Expected earnings between 50K to 120K depending on performance
- Well-trained support team with the front desk and rehab therapists
- Established procedures and systems for optimal patient management
- Additional marketing and operational activities required such as: social media, spinal screenings, health classes, learning all rehab and tractions
- 2 paid seminars per year (including a CBP seminar)

ABOUT THE PLACE
The clinic is in Zone 2 and is situated opposite Kennington park, just a 5 minute walk away from both the Oval and Kennington tube stations. Kennington itself is a central borough within London, meaning that we are only 15 minutes away from the likes of the London Bridge, Borough Market, Westminster, The London Eye, Soho and Covent Garden. While we benefit from easy access to central London, the area is still known for being a residential neighbourhood with lots of green space, history, and eateries to enjoy.
London is overflowing with attractions and sights to see. It is one of the world’s most visited cities and has so much to offer. Whether you are interested in culture and history, natural parks, a shopping paradise, or just a quick spin around the London eye, there will definitely be something for you.
Transport is also easily accessible, with six airports, countless train stations and bus terminals and connected to major motorways. Its location means that you can visit the rest of Europe within a couple of hours.
